Exactly one year after her gold medal in Beijing at the Olympic Games, Germany's best women elite racer has added yet another victory to her impressive title collection.
After a ultra-tough 84km race in Graz/Austria Sabine wins her 2nd rainbow jersey after her 2003 XC title.
"One year after Beijing another gold medal and the last missing title in my collection - it's amazing", said Sabine after an exciting finish sprint against Ester Suess from Switerland.
With her 8th World Champioships medal in her baggage she flies with a pretty good feeling to the XC World Championships in Canberra, Australia!
